“I attended An Introduction to Cheesemaking with Claire Burt, who makes the delicious award winning Burts Blue. The class was fun, relaxed and a nice sized group. We actually got to make cheese too. Claire really does know her stuff and I will definitely be attending her next event and would recommend her events to anyone who loves cheese.”

“I love cheese and I loved making cheese with Claire. She is a wonderful host and extremely knowledgable. Her passion for all things cheese is clear and is infectious. Delighted I took part in the course and have embarked on my own cheese making journey.”
