About the Course

An introduction to cheese-making – A fun 2 hour workshop is for the cheese enthusiast.

£45pp | Members of the studio / £40pp

We cover the basic principles of cheese-making. Everyone gets the opportunity to get hands on and to make their own fresh curd cheese. A demonstration showing how we make our Burts Blue and Drunken Burt Cheeses.And there is plenty to sample from our Burts Cheese to the curd you’ll make.
