Make mozzarella, eat and enjoy!
Our mozzarella making workshops are held in our ‘classroom’ on the farm next to our dairy.
Before the class we’ll transform the milk into curds, then in class you’ll perform the all important ‘stretch test’ to understand when the curds will be ready for the ‘filatura’ (spinning the curds in hot water), see as the curds undergo this process and get hands on shaping the mozzarella in balls.
After we’ve made our mozzarella, we’ll serve it with some accompaniments.
