So we’re delighted to be working with Winter Tarn Dairy in Cumbria and their team based at Altrincham Market. Every week, we’ll select 3 cheeses with Winter Tarn Dairy to accompany our award-winning Burt’s Blue, we’ll provide tasting notes so you can learn about the cheese and the cheese-makers.
We are also lucky to be working with Tim Bird of Cheshire Cat Pubs and Bars, who he has helped us select two fantastic wines to accompany a cheeseboard, the Villa la Pagliaia Chianti Classico (37.5cl) and Domaine L’Ermitage ‘Le Muscat’ (50l).
