These fun 2.5 hours workshop are a great introduction to cheese-making; perfect for the cheese enthusiast.
The workshops are held in our ‘classroom’ on the farm next to our dairy.
During the workshop we will cover the basic principles of cheese-making, giving you the opportunity to get hands on and make your own fresh soft cheese, which you take away to and enjoy at home.
We’ll also show you how we make our Burts Cheese, and you can get involved in the process too. This cheese will be cared for and matured at the dairy and can be collected at a later date.
