Burt’s Blue matured to 14 weeks min. 180g

Drunken Burt min. 180g

The box has been curated to show how our Burts Blue ages, and how the maturing process changes the flavours and textures of the cheese. We’ve also included our Drunken Burt, which is an un-pierced blue, which relies on the outer mould to ripen the cheese.
